Through our personalised and tailored one to one sessions, we focus on your puppy's emotional experience, using positive reinforcement, a consistent approach and gradual exposure to new experiences, to help your puppy develop trust, confidence and good habits that last a lifetime. Personal Puppy PackageA series of 4 one-to-one sessions designed to give you and your puppy a calm, confident start to life together. Every session is built around your individual puppy — their age, personality, home setup and the things you'd most like support with.
Across the four sessions we cover the foundations that shape a happy adult dog: settling in, handling and thoughtful socialisation, house manners and toilet training, mouthing and biting, an introduction to the lead, and a friendly recall — all through kind, positive methods rooted in Animal Centred Education (ACE) principles. This is a bespoke, one-to-one package rather than a group class, so it isn't available through our online booking system. We run sessions and workshops at two venues, close to Bristol and Bath, our centre is based in Hunstrete and Tilley Farm is in Farmborough, near Bath and North East Somerset, within easy reach of most Somerset and South West towns including Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Longwell Green, Bradford-on-Avon, Shepton Mallet, Pensford, Chew Magna, Paulton, Radstock, Clutton, Midsomer Norton.

When should I start training my puppy?

What puppy packages do you offer?
We offer a Personal Puppy Package of four sessions to get you off to a positive start, and ACE Puppy, an exclusive one-to-one 6 or 12 month package designed to give you and your puppy the best possible start. Each listing explains what's included.
