Intro to ACE Free Work — Online Course
A live online course to help your dog reset, release and rebalance — emotionally and physically.
Free Work is a calm, low-impact way of letting your dog explore at their own pace, and it can make a real difference to dogs who find the world a bit much. Over four weeks, this live online course shows you how to use it to support your dog’s emotional and physical wellbeing — from wherever you are in the world.
Next course: 15 July – 5 August 2026 · 4 weekly sessions, 45 minutes each
Where: Live on Zoom (sessions recorded and sent to you each week)
Price: £110 for the course, or £165 with a 1:1 session added (saving £25)
What you’ll learn
Across four guided sessions, you’ll learn how to use Free Work to help your dog feel calmer, more settled and more confident. You’ll come away understanding how to help your dog emotionally and physically reset, release and rebalance, using simple everyday items you already have at home.
Who it’s for
This course is for passionate dog guardians who want to better support their dog’s emotional needs. It’s especially valuable if your dog is nervous, sensitive or reactive — but any owner who wants to deepen their connection with their dog will get a lot from it. No previous experience is needed.
How it works
Four live sessions on Zoom, 45 minutes each, run weekly over four weeks. Every session is recorded and sent out afterwards, so you can keep them and revisit whenever you need. Throughout the course you’ll have a dedicated Facebook group and personal feedback from your course tutor on the work you submit.
If you’d like more individual support, you can upgrade to include a one-hour one-to-one session with Matt, either online or in person.
